Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary but typically range between £4.99 – £14.99 + VAT, depending on weight, for UK Mainland orders. Enjoy free delivery to UK Mainland on orders over £30 (inc. VAT) for our retail products.

Delivery Time-frames

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. The delivery time may vary based on the shipping destination, but we aim to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

• UK Mainland: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

• Europe: Delivery times to European destinations may vary but generally fall within 7-14 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Non-Deliveries

• Ensure accurate postal information to avoid re-delivery costs. If a courier attempts delivery, promptly contact them using details on the calling card. Couriers impose fines and redirection fees for undeliverable items; these costs will be passed on. Returned orders due to incorrect information may incur a re-delivery fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse postage refunds for canceled orders

Customs Duty preference is not supplied on invoices for products without EU/UK origin. Ensure compliance with import laws; we aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to seized or refused products. Import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refer to the guidelines on non-deliveries mentioned above; similar principles apply to both domestic and international deliveries.

Order Fulfillment

If part of your order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll contact you before shipping to discuss options. The shipping of the remaining order will proceed only after agreement with the customer has been made.
